HSF members can still get homeopathy treatment
26th Aug 2010
HSF health plan has announced that they will continue to pay for homeopathy treatment whether nor not the government continues to fund it.
Many supporters believe homeopathy, a treatment some have used for many years, helps relieve a range of ailments from bruising to insomnia.
Stephen Duff, HSF health plan Deputy Chief Executive, says, At the HSF health plan we understand that the cost of specialised treatment can be prohibitive and people who have been using homeopathy successfully could soon find it hard to stay on their treatment.
Our plans will continue to give cash back for homeopathy treatment should the government withdraw its funding.
HSF health plan provides money towards dental and optical, specialist and investigations, practitioner treatments such as physiotherapy, chiropody and acupuncture personal accident cover, home care help, birth grant and much more.
All plans include 24/7 access to a GP Helpline, a Medical Helpline, a Stress Counselling Line, which is staffed by nurse counsellors, and a Legal Advice Line.
